Even though it was only a few minutes, Tom’s proactive communication elevates Ductworks above its peers. Despite not having the easiest furnace access, Tom troubleshot the problem and immediately got to work. Tom performed the agreed upon work quickly and efficiently for a reasonable price. He even went beyond the call of duty when pointing out a draft emanating from one of the return registers and then proceeded to seal it for me. He also offered some suggestions on our air filter.
